Hello Lovely,

It's been a month of big shifts, both collectively and personally, and the current New Moon in Libra offers a timely reminder: getting real brings real reward.

Before we dive into what's happening in the sky, I wanted to take a moment to say hello and share a little of what's been happening on my end, too.

Over the past month, I've been navigating some significant life changes, including moving, welcoming a new member of my family into the world, and recalibrating multiple aspects of my life. And if I didn't give myself the time and space to attend to what life is asking of me, I wouldn't be practicing what I preach. There truly is a season for everything, and trying to force things before their time often leads to misspent energy. Sometimes, the most productive thing we can do is pause, reassess, and allow ourselves to move with the season we're actually in.

I'll be resuming my YouTube videos soon, and I'm looking forward to reconnecting with you there! In the meantime, I wanted to send a little cosmic update and stay connected.

And that brings us to the New Moon in Libra.

🌑 Getting Real Brings Real Reward

This New Moon is asking us to take the hard truths we've painfully mined to the surface and make decisions based on facts instead of fantasy.

Where have we been holding on to the potential of something rather than acknowledging its present reality? Where have we been compromising our needs, ignoring our intuition, or pouring energy into situations that no longer align with who we're becoming?

As uncomfortable as these realizations can be, they offer us something invaluable: clarity.

Ironically, this emotionally charged audit of our lives can help us create a future that's more aligned with our dreams. Sometimes, pruning is painful. But when we release what's no longer working, we make room for something that fits us better.

This isn't about abandoning your dreams. It's about creating a reality that can actually hold them.

💗 Venus Retrograde: Reclaiming What Matters

Because Venus rules Libra, its current retrograde in Scorpio adds emotional depth to this New Moon. We're being invited to look beneath the surface of our relationships, confront hidden tensions, and revisit unresolved emotional or financial dynamics.

This is an opportunity to recognize where we've outgrown old agreements, where our boundaries need strengthening, and where we've given too much of ourselves to maintain a sense of security or connection.

Rather than forcing an entirely new beginning, consider what you're ready to reclaim.

Perhaps it's your self-worth, your time, your emotional energy, or your ability to trust yourself. Perhaps it's the freedom to want something different than what you've wanted before.

Your intentions might sound like:

  • I am reclaiming my self-worth and honoring what I truly need.

  • I am returning to boundaries that protect my peace and energy.

  • I am choosing relationships that align with the person I am becoming.

  • I am creating a life that reflects my values rather than my fears.

The tension between Venus, Mars in Leo, and Pluto in Aquarius can expose power struggles, pride, and deeper vulnerabilities in relationships and partnerships. While these dynamics may feel uncomfortable, they can also reveal exactly where change is needed.

The supportive influence of Jupiter offers a reminder that we can meet these revelations with courage, confidence, and a willingness to grow.

Growth doesn't always mean walking away. Sometimes it means having the conversation we've avoided, establishing a healthier boundary, or renegotiating an agreement. Other times, it means acknowledging that we've outgrown a situation and allowing ourselves to move forward.

Either way, the goal is to make decisions from clarity rather than fear, wishful thinking, or obligation.

✨ Your New Moon Ritual: Your Future Self Is Calling

Here's an exercise I'd love for you to try with this New Moon.

Imagine yourself one year from now. It's October 2027, and you've spent the past year making choices that honor your needs, values, and vision for your life.

How do your relationships feel? What kind of people surround you? How are you spending your time? What does your career or creative work look like? What circumstances have you created that allow you to feel more grounded, fulfilled, and free?

Now bring that future version of yourself into the present and ask:

  • How would that version of me spend their time?

  • How would they feel, and what decisions would they make?

  • What would they choose in relationships, career, and partnerships?

  • What can I do today to embody more of the future I desire?

You don't need to transform your entire life overnight. You simply need to begin making choices that are consistent with the person you're becoming.

Libra governs relationships, partnerships, balance, fairness, and the agreements we make with others. This makes the New Moon a particularly meaningful time to plant seeds around how we want to relate, collaborate, and build our future.

Instead of asking only, "How can I make this work?" consider asking, "Does this support the life I'm trying to create?"

That question can change everything.

For those with Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn placements, this lunation may feel especially significant as an opportunity for personal growth, relationship recalibration, and long-term realignment.

Ultimately, this New Moon is about bringing your external circumstances into greater alignment with your internal evolution. As you grow, your relationships, priorities, and ambitions may need to grow with you.

You aren't necessarily losing your way when something no longer fits. You may simply be growing beyond the version of yourself who chose it.

So give yourself permission to reassess, reclaim your energy, and make room for what's next. You don't have to force the timing or have every answer today. Sometimes, the most important work happens when we honor the season we're in and trust ourselves to take the next step when the time is right.

Here's to getting real, choosing consciously, and creating a future that reflects who we're becoming.
